Specialization: Constitutional Law and Constitutional Court Procedural Law
Zulhidayat is an Assistant Professor on Constitutional Law. He is currently Head of Constitutional Law Department at Faculty of Law, University of Sriwijaya, South Sumatera, Indonesia. Previously, he was head of the community services unit at the Faculty of Law. He is also an Editor for Sriwijaya Law Review (SLRev), published by Faculty of Law of Universitas Sriwijaya.
lecturing several courses within the field of Constitutional Law such theory of state, Indonesian Constitutional Law, Constitutional Court Procedural Law, Indonesian judicial power
Currently, he is pursuing a doctorate at the doctoral study program at the Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University with a research focused on ex-convict political rights, especially the right of ex-convict to be candidate in Indonesian election system, attained his LLB (S.H) at Faculty of Law of Universitas Sriwijaya and obtained his postgraduate (M.H) at Postgraduate Program of University of Sriwijaya.
